This website is published through the Lovable platform, provided by Lovable Labs Incorporated, which hosts the pages and delivers them over the internet. When a page is requested, the hosting infrastructure necessarily processes technical request data such as the IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested file, the referring page, and browser and operating system information. Further information is provided in Lovable's privacy notice, data-processing agreement and subprocessor list.

This processing is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website. Request data is retained in accordance with the applicable provider rules and only as needed for operational, security and legal purposes, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized. We do not build visitor profiles from it and we do not combine it with other data.

Because the site is delivered through a globally distributed hosting network, technical request data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Lovable's published data-processing terms describe EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers outside the EEA. Information about applicable safeguards can also be requested at support@gitflash.com.

If you write to us at support@gitflash.com, we process your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or its initiation, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the matter and afterwards only where statutory commercial or tax retention periods require it. Your email is transmitted and stored by the email providers involved in sending and receiving it.

On a memo page you can ask us to email you the complete document. We process the name and email address you enter, the memo you selected, and technical delivery data (the time of the request, a coarse network indicator used only to limit abuse, and the delivery status returned by the email service). Providing this data is voluntary; without an email address we cannot send the document. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for carrying out the delivery you requested, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of the form.

The request and the delivery status are stored in the site's database hosted by Lovable Labs Incorporated on our behalf. The email itself is sent through Lovable's email delivery service. The message contains a personal download link that expires after seven days; the memo file is held in private storage and is not publicly accessible. The email contains no tracking pixel, no rewritten tracking links and no marketing enrolment, and your address is not added to any mailing list.

Request records and their delivery status are deleted automatically thirty days after the request; download links expire after seven days. You can ask us to delete your request earlier at any time by writing to support@gitflash.com.

Our privacy-preference feature stores the following entry in your browser's local storage: the key gitflash-cookie-preferences-v1 in local storage, which records that you acknowledged the cookie notice so it is not shown again. It is kept for 180 days and is removed automatically once it expires or if it is invalid. It contains no unique visitor identifier. Our preference feature does not transmit this record to us.

This storage is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 25(2) TDDDG); no optional or tracking storage is used. You can withdraw or reset it at any time via Cookie settings or by clearing your browser storage.

Apart from the hosting, database, file storage and email delivery infrastructure operated by Lovable Labs Incorporated as our processor, and the email providers involved in any correspondence you initiate, we do not pass personal data from this website to third parties. There is no advertising network, analytics service or CRM connected to it.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, write to support@gitflash.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For our registered office this is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. You may also complain to the authority in your place of residence or work.

If the website changes — for example if a form, newsletter or measurement tool is added — this notice will be updated before that change goes live.
